Shipping policy

1. Most orders are processed and fulfilled by our fulfillment partner, Supliful. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and delivery location. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. After processing, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery within the United States is usually 5–10 business days after processing. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on the customer's address.

2. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we may not be able to make changes after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

4. AURRI does not collect customs duties, import taxes, or additional import fees at checkout. If any such charges apply, they may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

5. We currently ship to the United States, United Arab Emirates, Canada, and India.

Free shipping on all orders.

United Arab Emirates:
Orders under $100 USD have a $9.99 flat shipping fee. Orders $100 USD and above qualify for free shipping.

Canada:
Orders under $100 USD have a $12.99 flat shipping fee. Orders $100 USD and above qualify for free shipping.

India:
Orders under $75 USD have a $14.99 flat shipping fee. Orders $75 USD and above qualify for free shipping.
